The Tulip Festival

Yesterday for Mother's Day we went to the Tulip Festival downtown Albany in Washington Park. It was rainy and a little chilly, but we had fun nonetheless! We ate yummy gyros and the kids had pizza & fried dough then we wandered the park lookin at the beautiful flowers. How did you spend Mother's Day?

oh my precious keppys. ya'll look so happy despite what appears to be really dreary weather.

let's see to answer your lovely question, i had a lovely mothers day. got up rather early with william, went to early church, came home and took a LONG nap, went to a really cool mall here and did a little window shopping while waiting for our buzzer to go off that told us our table was ready at the Cheesecake Factory. Had a delicious meal and came home, put the lovely children to bed and relaxed watching the season finale of the West Wing. I'll miss Jed Bartlet...will, katie and sam gave me a silver charm bracelet with a heart charm from sam, a butterfly charm from ms. katie and a giraffe butterfly from will-man. it was a wonderful day. thanks for asking :)
